Abstract

This study seeks to answer the question “information is information, not matter or energy” asked by Norbert Wiener, focuses on the relationship between the material system and information, and makes the two concepts of information and information entity clear based on the theory of modern complexity science. Information is understood or defined as the form of interactions between different layers of matter systems, which not only broadens the knowledge of interactions and causality in nature but also enables AI.
